二 | 作为零磁谷重点环境提质工程，零磁谷综合环境提升改造工程（一期）提升范围北至回龙庵山，南至区界，西临浦沿路，东接火炬大道，将以城市更新重塑“科产城人”融合新图景。公园游憩服务用房为一期重点主体建筑。管理用房将全面适配零磁谷各类配套服务需求。立足公园游憩与运营保障需求，项目总建筑面积约1.5万平方米，地上建筑面积约0.8万平方米，地下建筑面积约0.7万平方米，将建设公园服务用房、游憩建筑、驿站、管理用房、公共厕所、地下室等建筑主体，室外配套工程及挡墙工程，同步配建地下人防工程。

三 | 项目预计2028年底建成。该工程是继零磁谷街、福源河提升改造工程之后，布局零磁谷片区的又一项城市更新项目。此前开工的零磁谷街、福源河提升改造项目全长约2.12千米，围绕交通路网优化、河道生态治理、城市风貌提升三大方向一体化实施，推进道路拓宽、路口改造、河道整治、景观提质。随着多项改造工程接续落地，零磁谷片区交通条件、生态基底、公共空间功能将持续完善。资料/滨江发布。
